Website Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

This policy covers this website, gretioapp.com (and gretio.app, which redirects here), run by Surreal Development LLC (“we”, “us”). The Gretio app has its own privacy policy. Questions and requests: use our contact form.

1. What We Collect

Visits. The website doesn’t use accounts or advertising. It uses privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and measure page speed (such as the pages viewed, the referring website, and your country, browser, and device type). These analytics don’t use cookies, don’t track you across websites or visits, and aren’t used for advertising.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting and security providers process basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, and may use strictly necessary cookies to do so.

Contact. This website has no forms. Contact and data requests go through surrealdev.com, which is covered by that website’s privacy policy.

Embedded content (such as videos) and links to other websites are covered by those websites’ own privacy policies.

2. Who We Share It With

Only service providers working for us, such as our hosting, security, and email providers. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect our users or our rights, or to a successor if the business is sold, who would be bound by this policy. We don’t sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising.

We and our providers process data in the United States.

3. Retention

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Analytics are kept in aggregate and aren’t linked to you.

4. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you can access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, or withdraw consent. Use our contact form. In the EEA, UK, or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority.

5. Children

This website isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

6. Changes

We’ll update the date above when this policy changes.
